I'm less than halfway through, but so far, it's a fascinating discussion of the various dimensions of appetite (with animal behavioral studies to back up each claim), and an examination of the way the food industry optimizes its products to exploit those appetites.<br /><br />The only problem is, when he describes exactly why a "hyperpalatable" food is so compelling... it makes me hungry.Andy Cohenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15149694120083593099noreply@blogger.com
